Event Description
YOUTH-Turn, a program of National Organizations for Youth Safety (NOYS), sponsored by the Casey Feldman Memorial Foundation and supported by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), is inspiring young people to a turn traffic adversity into action with its annual Youth-Turn It Around Awards. The annual contest is open to middle school, high school and college students. Award recipients will be awarded up to $2000 for their student orgaonization for implementing a positive project in their school and community which addresses a traffic adversity.
