Michael and Kyle Ceffaratti's Mission Trip to the Dominican Republic
My son and grandson,Michael and Kyle Ceffaratti along with members of Goshen Baptist Church made their annual trip to the village of Sabana Cruz in the Dominican Republic on April 10-18. This was Michael's 5th trip and Kyle's 2nd. The main purpose of the trip was to spread the Gospel. While there they continued to build latrines for the village along with pipes that will supply them with running water. The kids have so much fun during that week and they learn and accept the teachings of God. The team brings donated bibles, medical supplies, arts and crafts, baseball equipment, clothing and many other supplies because the village is so poor. They are already planning for their trip next year.

My husband and I attended our son's Honors' Banquet last night with a great sense of pride for his accomplishments...but this is what it's all about...using our gifts, not taking them for granted, by touching people and making an impact along the way. Congrats to you, Mom/Grandmom Rachael!

Thanks Dianne. I am proud of them and all of the team. I am especially proud of Kyle, being 14 years old, and for his willingness to do this. I know that he will be going on many more mission trips not only with his Dad but with his church. You will be in my thoughts and prayers on Saturday and Sunday. I know you are proud of your offspring too. xxoo
