Pink Performance 11-20-09' (Laramie Project)

The Springfield High School Student Theatre Workshop (STW) has dedicated it's 2009-2010 theater season to Casey's memory. In addition, they held a special "pink performance" of the Laramie Project on Nov. 2oth in which the cast performed in pink and wore the pink Casey memory bracelets. A plaque in Casey's honor to be hung in the Knorr Theatre was dedicated before the performance. Casey's first involvement in high school theater was in the Laramie Project in 2004. Thereafter, she performed in all subsequent productions until her graduation. She was also lead critic from SHS for the the greater Philadelphia Regional Cappies, a high school theater review and writing program, was "Best Actress" for SHS in 2006, and was the secretary for STW.
