Simon Browne has not received any gifts yet
Good morning, Mr. Browne. Casey is my niece and I am so very pleased that you joined the network. Seems as though people from all over have discovered Casey's site and are in some way moved by her story, with many motivated to comment and join. There truly is much we can all learn from not only the careless accident that took Casey from us, but also from the life that Casey lived. She is a model that most of us can only wish to come close to emmulating. Teens can be challenging as they journey toward adulthood, making choices that are not always in their own best interest---in spite of what they might believe. All parents have traveled down the road that you are on right now, some have it easier than others. Keep your course steady and try to remain patient----not always an easy thing to do.
May God Bless you and your family,
Aunt Janice
Dianne L. Anderson said… Thanks so much for the sweet message Simon. I am so touched that we have connected to someone in Australia who never knew Casey before this
tragedy.
Casey met someAustralian lads about her age in NYC in early 2009 and one of them continued to be in touch with her when their holiday was over and they returned to Australia. I have photos from the get together which Casey included in an albumon Facebook. I believe that one of them was “sweet” on Casey and they continued to talk and text. She told me what a darling young gentleman he was.
I am happy to hear a bit about your daughter, Rachel. I don’t know how old she is, but young people often go through a stage associated with puberty. I wish her my best. You may want to show her this 3 minute video of Casey which is on the U.S. Department of Transportation (US DOT) website: http://www.distraction.gov/faces/casey-feldman.html.
It addresses distracted driving, since a distracted driver killed Casey as she
was crossing the street. Since Casey was a pedestrian, we are also involved
with pedestrian safety issues.
Talk to you later “mate”,

I am curious as to your connection with Casey if any, and how you came about joining our site. Did you know Casey by any chance, or do you have any friends who may have known Casey? It is OK if you don't, anyone is welcome to join. I am just interested in your motivation for joining us.
Thanks again, and I look forward to your participation in the Casey Feldman Network.
